Leicester to meet Chelsea in quarter final of FA Cup

Jamie Vardy’s strike saw Leicester end Sheffield United’s Cup run and saw the Foxes book a last eight tie against Antonio Conte’s Chelsea, who beat Hull City 4-0 in their fifth round tie at the Bridge.

Leicester have not won in seven previous FA Cup ties against Chelsea, almost dating back to a century (1920). This will be their eighth attempt, and the last time they reached the quarters of this tournament, it was the Blues who knocked them out.

The quarterfinals look set to ones involving only PL teams, unless Rochdale upset Spurs in their replay at Wembley, Wednesday beat Swansea, and Wigan pull off a dramatic result against in form Man City on Monday night.
