Leicester City’s four game winning streak (wins against Spurs, Burnley, Newcastle and Southampton) was brought to an abrupt halt as they suffered a 3-0 loss at the King Power Stadium to Crystal Palace over the weekend. The Eagles have managed to resurrect themselves under new manager Roy Hodgson and beat the Foxes 3-0 thanks to goals from Benteke, Zaha and Sako. Ndidi saw red for the Foxes on the hour mark. Newcastle 2-3 Leicester | Foxes ruin Magpies’ anniversary celebrations

Leicester City picked up their third straight win and moved up to eighth after a late own goal gave them victory at St.James Park against struggling Newcastle. The Magpies were celebrating the 125th anniversary of their founding in the build-up to the game, but the result gave them little to cheer for, with Ayoze Perez’s late own goal ensuring that manager Rafa Benitez suffered three Premier League defeats on the bounce for the first time in his career.
